WatchDog Kontra Daya is seeking the exclusion of 33 party list groups from the 2013 midterm elections—including the party list groups of Mikey Arroyo and TingTing Cojuangco.

This in separate moves by the group at the Commission on Elections today.

In its petition for Disqualification filed against Ang galling Pinoy, Kontra daya said the group does not represent the marginalized sectors it claims to represent.

Mikey Arroyo is term limited as a congressman. the group intends to nominate Charlie Chua and Eder Dizon as nominees in Arroyo’s stead. However Kontra daya notes that like Arroyo, the 2 also cannot qualify as representatives of the marginalized.

Kontra Daya cites that Chua is a partner is a law firm and a board member of the sangguniang Bayan of Lubao Pampanga, while Dizon is a cosmetic surgeon and franchise holder of PCSO’s Small Town Lottery.

Kontra Daya Convenor father Jose Dizon told ABS-CBN that ” alam naman natin sino si mikey  arroyo anak ng dating presidente, isa siya mayaman nakalusot na siya last time dapat this time.

at the Same time, Kontra daya wrote a letter seeking the exclusion of over 30 party list groups seeking to be accredited to run in the 2013 midterm elections—among them the party list group of President Aquino’s aunt, TingTing Cojuangco- Aksyon Magsasaka-Partido Tinig ng Masa.

Dizon encouraged relatives of those in power to just run in their districts instead of shutting out the marginalized in the party list system “masyado nang greediness yan for political powers.  sasubmit namin (research ) sa  comelec para may basehan sa review walang personalan ito”
