CONTEMPT

Leaders of the House of Representatives today indicated that without appropriate cases in a trial court,  Former President, Now Pampanga 2^nd district Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo risks contempt if she refuses congressional investigations on alleged scandals during her presidency.

House Speaker Sonny Belmonte wants the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes office to name the congressmen who supposedly received a percentage of small town lottery earnings.
